The Eight Acres rates are as follows:

Week (7 days): $1150.00 (includes $75.00 credit for weekly stay)

Single Day: $175   (3 night minimum)

* $150 refundable damage deposit required at time of booking. No pets allowed (effective November 1, 2014)

Cancellation policy: Must cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival. No refunds within two weeks of dates booked.
